jamal your are wrong, jfw always has identified the properties sheets.
long before most screen readers did.
including win eyes, listen and you will here it say
page
the word page lets the user know what is going on.
that tells them it is a multi page dialogue box.
in fact this has been jfw since the very first 95 release.
