As Bill indicated, the 128 bit version is not out yet. My guess is that
when it comes out, one would be able to download it, or request it on CD.
Hopefully, you could install over top of the 40 bit version you now have.
I plan to check with Microsoft periodically to see when the 128 bit version
will be released. I agree that for security reasons, many banks are using
as strong a version as they can. While I'd like to try IE 5, I'm not going
to sacrifice using the Citibank software, as I pay virtually all our bills
with it, and that's more important.
