kelly you may be able to use city bank, but you are not using 128 bit browser,
the reason i am certain of this is because it is against the law to distribute
the 128 bit version to anybody unless they agree not to export it to other
countries.
so bottom line is that one must sign out forms or get it by mail, and other
sites would not be willing to make it available because of these laws.
plus microsoft told me it may not be out till the end of summer.
by the way i have no idea why they are so slow, 128 bit is only the encryption
engine, not the whole program.
