Re: IE5 and PC Banking

Dear sir.
    It is possible--but I am not certain of this--that to  download the 128
incription with IE 5 or to add it to the IE 5 you already downloaded before,
one should have first put IE 4.01 with the service patch 1 (with that
incription) on the computer first. This is what I heard from Microsoft. I
mention this in case some one can figure it out.
