I don't want to debate with you. I have checked and done some testing. I
am using 128-bit encryption. I don't know if that part of IE wasn't
updated or what but when I first downloaded this the MS servers did reverse
domain name lookup and more to verify that my IP address was in the U.S. I
use more online services than Citibank that need the 128-bit level of
encryption and have been accessing them all.
If this doesn't work for you or others I don't know what to tell you. I
can't cut and paste from the IE 5 about box but I assure you it indicates
128-bit encryption.
