Les,
I don't know how all these different security versions of Internet Explorer
relate. I had downloaded the 128 patch for version 4.01 of IE months ago
to use with the Citibank site. Last week I updated to the released version
of IE 5 that one could get from many different sites. My about box reports
that I'm now using IE 5 but still indicates that I have the 128-bit
security. I've had no trouble getting into my Citibank accounts with this
version.
