sandy here is the deal, when upgradeing i e 5 people need to realize i e 5 ids
not outlook express.

a person should in my opinion upgrade just the browser.

if you also want to upgrade outlook express which is a seperate program,
though microsoft tries pretty hard to convince others it is not.

then the user needs to also get upgraded scripts for outlook express that work
with newest version.

also if the user is in jfw 3.2 they will need upgraded scripts for i e 5 from
jfw users list sight.

personally i recommend seperateing outlook from i e to avoid confusion

if you can not understand these issues or do not want to take time to
understand them then the author that recommended against upgradeing is right.

if you understand how to do a minimal set up of i e you should increase chance
of things working right.

which makes walter right.

of course the next 2 months will bring fixes for small bugs in jfw 3.3.
of course they may already be their for new outlook express, i do not use that,
so not up to date on it.

p s still i advise any user to upgrade one thing at a time, use it and test it
before insttalling second program.

you see a problem may occure that can be fixed by changeing settings, or it may
be caused by second program.

how does one know if both are installed at same time.
