Actually, I disagree with Bill regarding his opinion that one should not upgrade to Outlook Express 5 when upgrading to Internet Explorer 5. I have used both Outlook Express 4 and 5 and I feel there are more improvements between versions 4 and 5 in Outlook Express than there are between 4 and 5 in Internet Explorer. In fact, I feel that Outlook Express 5 has surpassed Outlook 98. If one does not need the features specific to Outlook 98 then I think Outlook Express 5 is an even better choice.
