Hi, I am an old internet mail user myself who has switched to outlook
express 5. You can read the entire document by opening the message with a
control R then use your say all command insert down arrow to read the entire
message. If you want to respond to the message, go to the top of the
document and write your message then hit alt F, down arrow once to send
messages and hit enter.
