HJ had a problem with this same thing back around the last build of jfw2.
something. I don't know what they did in jfw3.0, but it went away for most
of us. I occasionally have it happen, but pretty rarely, and all I have to
do is beat up on my alt key a few times, and it is quailed into submission
once more.
It seems that the problem is back with the latest version of jfw3.3. So,
whatever they did back in jfw3.0, they need to do it again.
