Hear, hear, Teresa.  I've noticed this one, too ... it's like all of a
sudden, the program arbitrarily decides to simply go into a state where it
thinks the Alt key is always pressed.  Even individual letter keys get an
Alt tacked on to them.  Sometimes, I've been able to make this go away be
repeated random pressing of the left and right Windows keys and the
programs key ... the one to the right of the right Windows key ... on my
Windows keyboard and other times, I simply have to reboot.
