Not necessarily a Windows Sticky keys problem since we have it happen at work in DOS which is all we have on the computers at this moment. Those cans of compressed air work great on sticky keys occasionally. We totally revived a keyboard with that at work one day. Someone had been eating a bagel with poppy seeds and failed to realize they were falling in the keyboard. Turn it over and shake first, then if necessary blow that baby out.
