I do not know if this will help any, but I use Outlook Express associated
with IE5, and it seems to be set up much like what Outlook used to be. When
you go into the Rules menu to set up a rule associated with messages, you
will see a list box first which will give you a list of things like to, from
subject, etc. The next option gives you a list of things you can do, i.e.
move, copy, delete, etc. Once you have tabbed through the first two fields
and used your cursor to select the proper entries, the third field is the
hardest to set. This gives you a sentence, more or less, or a 'rule
statement' which will state the rule as set up so far. You will need to
find the particular work/words which are in a different color, using the
JAWS cursor, and use the left mouse click to click on them. This will then
open a window where you can either type an e-mail address, select words from
a subject, or whatever. You then go and select okay, and then fill out the
next part of the 'rule' if it exists. For instance, if you wish to move
entries with certain criteria to a folder, look towards the end of the rule
statement for a word having to do with 'folders' and, depending on its
color, click on it. This will bring up a list of your current folders that
you can move something to. Just arrow down to select. I hope this long
convoluted statement helps.
