First of all, I must apologise for an error in my last post. Teresa gently
woke me up with the reminder that I should have been saying
AR-CHORD+P-CHORD and not AR+P in my previous post. Sorry! I just do it so
automatically and I'm certainly on auto pilot today.
I wouldn't have thought you need to install anything from your four disks
before re-installing JAWS, but take a careful look to see what you have.
(I certainly didn't receive four disks with my BLT 40 here in the UK so
wouldn't be sure what you have.)
Once you have installed JAWS again with your BLT attached, you can go into
your DEFAULT.JCF, to Settings, Braille Options, and uncheck the box which
reads Show BRAILLELOAD. After this you will be able to boot up in Windows
and JAWS will speak whether you have the BLT attached or not.
