Hi Bret and all!
They did the same thing last time, they released a public beta with a bunch of
fixes that they never fixed.
So why do the public beta cycle and ask for input, and after all the input has
been received, they release the program any ways?
Hope someone will address this question...

Hi,
I don't know if everyone noticed, but HJ has decided to call RC2 the official
release of 3.31. You can read about it on the HJ site.
Personally, I find this irritating since there are a few problems I wish HJ
had corrected.
