What, without addressing the sluggishness in Word 97!  This is not
acceptable!

I have to work in Word 8 hours five days a week, seldom if ever
switching to something else, a sluggish response is not acceptable
since I am paid partly on production.

I sure hope I don't receive this free upgrade and them have to pay for
the Word fix!
