Senior again doesn’t mean older exclusively- -it may denote higher position in organisation, better established figures in society, belonging to so called higher strata in caste system, so on and so forth. Examples of good behaviour and lifestyle are also set by the seniors-- as the case of our previous President Honourable APJ Abdul Kalam and Infy mentor Mr. Narayanamurthy for the corporate world. Behaviour of juniors, although important, is generally not imitated by general mass. So, behaviour of seniors set the example. It is because they have the capability to control people and their situation. Thus I used ‘seniors’ in a broader sense and just used the contemporary finding to corroborate my contention. I, for one, do not know the age of the group members and in my view no body, not many of us worry about that. You have quoted a study report of a foreigner for his own country or his Environment.
