I'm working on converting the auto-generation of web pages inside Jmol to make pages that use JSmol. One thing that will change the code is how the JSmol files will be distributed. Right now some of the special files for the automatically generated pages are actually distributed as part of Jmol.jar. I think with JSmol, I may be able to dispense with all or most of these. However, I will need to know where the *.js files associated with JSmol are going to be in the distribution.
I vote for putting them in the dist folder with all the Applet*.jar files. Any thoughts? Jonathan Dr. Jonathan H.
