Hmmm...I'll have to think about this a little.  I still think that the 
auto-generated pages should handle the switch-over to JSmol, if possible, but 
it loses the transparency and ease of use if a separate download is necessary 
to make that work.  Once that is true, I'm not sure the auto-generated pages 
have much value.
