What files are we talking about? Do you mean the template files that are
the HTML? Those would all be part of Jmol.jar still, and have nothing to do
with the JSmol distribution.
I was figuring that JSmol will be distributed from the JSmol project, not
from Jmol. I haven't set that up yet; still just releasing it as
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol.zip
