So, the question remains.  Do we want the j2s directory and the JSmol*.js files 
to be included with the Jmol distribution?  If so, I suggest they be placed in 
the main distribution folder when a distribution is built, just like we 
presently do with Jmol.js.  If we do that, I think it would be practical to 
have the export to web functionality make pages that take advantage of JSmol 
features. There are probably some issues with features that need server-side 
support, but I don't think that is insurmountable.
