So you don't think the JSmol javascript files should be included in addition to Jmol.js in the standard Jmol distribution? It seems to me that once all the kinks are worked out it would be reasonable to include JSmol as part of the Jmol distribution and encourage people to migrate to it. That way Jmol sites would be generally more robust.
I agree that templates and some of the small single function .js files used for Export to Web should stay in the .jar.
