Thanks for the offer and Yes we are interested :) It's ok to do only the applet/application translation. The test page won't be of much help, I am afraid. If you want to see what is the result of your translation directly, you will need to set up a development environment and then you can run the application itself (the popup menu is the same as the applet). If you decide to set up a development environment and are not familiar with development tools, I suggest using Eclipse. The procedure to install Eclipse for Jmol is quite easy and described in the Wiki: http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/Eclipse To compile the translations, you will also need to install GNU gettext tools. I will try to write something about this in the wiki this evening.
