I think perhaps you could use the search entry box like this:

! javascript alert("xxxx")
*
and get information about anything on the page. In this case, you might try:
! javascript alert(Jmol.Console.buttons['jmolApplet0_console'].setVisible)
Or something like that. Don't forget the exclamation point there.
