Thanks Bob, for some reason I keep forgetting about Jmol.evaluate. Even though
I use it all the time.
I am having a problem, however. The following works:
var jsvar = Jmol.evaluate(jmolApplet0, "2+2");Jmol.setInfo(jmolApplet0, jsvar,
true)
The following prints ERROR in the "scratchpad" (info ?) screen:
var jsvar = Jmol.evaluate(jmolApplet0, "show SMILES");Jmol.setInfo(jmolApplet0,
jsvar, true)
I'm using "show SMILES" above, but the ERROR appears to be an issue with any
show XXXX
Also, it appears there may be a settable title at the top of the scratchpad
with a [Jmol._Canvas2D (JSmol) "jmolApplet0"] default. Is that correct?
