Yes, it loads as a file. That was actually my starting point. I used the beginning of valid file. Essentially I use only two files: Jmol.js and JmolApplet.jar, and then the start-up htm. With JSmol, there is apparently not a 1:1 replacement, but I would like to be able to make the transition.
