LOL, we are far more tolerating here than the M$ nazis... so no worries there. I have no idea where you got the idea that FC removes windows on installation... it has been working fine since FC1 (that's teh first i tried)... and so there are no problems as long as you know what you are doing!!
Maybe you chose the "erase entire disk and install FC" option in the past??
