I remember "turn around" by the kingston trio "turn around and you're 3"
In a new cover of "The Circle Game" by Christine Ebersole (Thanks, Jerry!), she starts out with this song and segues into TCG...very nice track! As for childhood songs, we had a record of Gene Kelly telling stories and singing some songs. We wore it slam out. I remember one of the songs: Halfway up the stairs is the stair where I sit There isn't any other stair quite like it (and so on...) And I remember when my 15-year old was an infant, I used to sing The Beatles "Good Night" & "Do You Want To Know A Secret" to him every night. Shit, it seems like that was just a year or so ago...."even children get older, and I'm gettin' older too"... Bob NP: John Mayer, "The Wind Cries Mary" (this guy rocks! )
