Bob, This is a very cool idea and a resource that is currently lacking. I would say that the page should include:
Joni mentions (or mentions of Joni's songs or paintings) in books; Joni mentions (or her music or paintings) used in films. This should, in my opinion, include when her songs are performed by others as well. (But it's just my opinion.)
