When I was buff at 35 I had a 21-inch waist and a muscled torso from hauling rolls of paper around in a print shop. This was a coupla decades ago. Perhaps you're thinking of "butt naked," sometimes mispronounced "buff naked." Gil who right now is naked (under his clothes) and buff (in his mind and memory)
