Rick & Kakki, Thanks a bunch you two for the first-hand reports. If anything, they confirm that these media reports are pretty false and that Joni IS getting the recognition she deserves and seems to be in a pretty joyous place. I was ESPECIALLY psyched to hear about the Dylan cover...perhaps this reinforces what Fred suggested about revisiting her own work for some further jump-starting of her own writing.
