Sorry. I'm not with you on this one. After she goes, should we edit all
references to smoking from her lyrics? Art is art. It is not a
recommendation of behavior or lifestyle. Since so many of Joni's images
of herself refer to her smoking, to outright reject that image is too PC
for me. Thank God for the American Library Association, or our libraries
would look like a Golden Book outlet.
