In that Joni herself has painted so many pictures that are
on and contained in her albums that show her with a
cigarette, I think a cigarette is a required part of the
statute.    She herself has made such a statement about it
- as opposed to Jerry Garica, who never put himself on an
album cover or had inside album art showing him with a
needle.
