Michael suggested, and Kakki enthusiastically endorsed, sculptor Robert
Graham, who I know nothing about but after seeing a few of his things on
the internet I also think he'd do an excellent job. He works in bronze
(BIG plus there) and his images look rather stylized so it wouldn't be
an exact likeness of Joni but he probably would be able to capture her
essence, whatever that is. I'd think it would be easier for someone who
knows her to do that.

My guess, though, is that a Canadian sculptor would be sought first.
