You stay on that soapbox all you want. This is what welfare
should do, help. I was raised with much the same ideology as
you were, but never felt that people who needed help should
be made to feel bad about it. Unfortunately those that have
abused the system have made it hard on the rest. I think the
system stinks right now. As I said in an earlier post, those that
know how to work the system are taking from ones that need it.
