It's like a bungee chord only it will attach to anything in the universe. RR sorry...some kind of keyboard synth thing. I have heard that the oboe is the hardest orchestra instrument to play. Takes major wind. The credit should have said it was sampled oboe. Maybe it was a typo...wouldn't be the first time.
