In favour of the war are: Britain, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, then the Vilnius group: Romania, Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Opposed to the war are: France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Greece
Neutral: Ireland, Sweden and Finland, although I believe Ireland may be moving toward supporting the war.
