Last time at the NFE-Treffen we sit together with three (not so unexperienced) OSM mappers and were trying to guess what the arrows in the relation editor actually mean. I guessed this has to do with the sequence of relation members, but we were just unsure and didn't got the exact meaning of these arrows.
