That's the idea. It can be enough because nobody installs all plugins
but only a few of them.
Which is 100% wrong. There are a lot of persons, who simply install
everything.
And it is irrelevant, as even if every user only installs 2 plugins, then
each plugin can be installed with each other plugin, so conflicts cannot
be prevented.
Only solution is to have no conflicts.
