    I've had very similar questions and I've been told by multiple
Intellectual property attorney's that the content and images etc are all
owned by the client.  The application itself depends on two things.  Do you
host the application on the clients servers, or one your own servers.  Did
you cover the hosting costs, or did the client cover it.

    If you have explained to the client that the CFM files and the
application itself is a leased application rather than having them host it.
In different states there are different answers, but these are the main
concerns of most.  At least, as I've heard them.  And I'm not a lawyer, so
I'm not giving legal advice, only personal experience.
