Your right. There was a nuance in his email that I did not catch. My
situation was that I had written something for my company while an employee
and wanted to use it for my personal purposes.
We did talk a little about contract work and who owned that but we didn't
really talk about work that could be used by multiple clients. I think the
guy that owns Mach II (sorry i don't remember his name) has a CMS. I wonder
what he does.
