Agree with Earl. Despite what other people really think about IT, it's still about "people skills". You'd be very lucky to work in a company where there's no clash of egos. That;s one reason why I did not accept an offer from a multinational printer manufacturer based in Cebu. I stuck with my current employer not only for the pay (it's not much but gets by), but also for the people I work with. I also get to play around and implement pure opensource solutions without much hassle. Freedom is sweet.
