All this and its incredible expense goes away if you decriminalize drugs,
including producing and selling (with appropriate taxes etc ;)

We are a very stupid country.

BTW, there are probably people on this list young enough not to remember
when dirty movies and books were a go-to-jail crime. Such masterminds of
fiendish subversion as Hugh Heffner so destroyed the moral fabric of this
ocuntry that I myself can hardly wait to go rape someone. But it'll have
to wait until the weekend.
