It was (sour grapes.) :) I just kinda got tired of hearing about all the innovations FireFox 2 (and then 3) had in the UI department that Opera had for 5-10 years previously and I got some deja vu. I didn't mean to come off militant and I'll admit Opera has some problems, being proprietary not withstanding. Their philosophy is more of a 'kitchen sink' approach from the get go, while Mozilla gives you the faucet and lets you build a kitchen sink around it through plugins and add-ons. I just happen to be more of a kitchen sink kind of guy and like the UI that's around the RSS reader and mail client. Java kills Opera way too often. Don't get me started on Flash. But anyway, in conclusion, Opera rocks and everything else is garbage. Ha ha. Just kidding. I use Firefox all the time at work. I'll try Chrome when it's no longer vaporware but I can't wait to see some real benchmarks pitting it against the other three browsers out there. -Matt -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
