I'd like to invite people interested in this topic to join the Cluster Ops SIG meeting this week on Thursday @ 1 PM PT. These concerns are totally in line with Cluster Ops and would be welcome in our agenda. There is plenty of time and attention to bring up these issues in a collaborative way there. I don't see a need for a dedicated SIG and believe that the duplication is distracting for the community.
