Cluster-lifecycle is not about ops. they are building configuration tools
and the maintainer of kops is there.
Cluster Ops is a different SIG. Is that the confusion?

I don't know how to be any more inviting - we have an existing SIG where we
talk about running clusters on cloud AND metal using multiple tools. We
document architectures and best practices. We are about to focus on
upgrades and conformance tests. Join if you want.
