I have plenty of customers who do not WANT to know the 999 programming
stuff.
Since they rarely have changes to make, they are happy to call me for help.
But I still give them the passwords.
Do you guys ever write the passwords down inside the cabinet? I've had a
few customers who came to me from other vendors. They did not know the
passwords and often did not want to have anything to do with them. One had
changed the ksu password but it was easy to guess.
