Looking at another class with more detail... Did you explicitly enable the functionality to generate Private, Protected fields and methods? Or does the Markdown writer possibly not check if those were meant to be hidden from the output. The reason I ask, is because above you mentioned "official", and I know in the official docs you don't generate private and protected methods and fields in the output[1].
