Am consulting at a French/American telecoms company right now, with a new product introduction factory in Eu. Nice folks as they are, productivity wouldn't be the first word I'd use to describe them. Work shy maybe. Strike inclined, perhaps, obstinate, certainly, but certainly not productive.
