I don't see any point looking at the improvement in individual players - his job is to get the group of players playing coherently as a team using tactics/strategies that maximise their attributes.
The football we are watching is as bad if not worse than under Colin. I accept he has got some rubbish to manage but he has brought in players and mostly they have had no impact. I constantly walk away from our ground wondering what the players have been doing in training all week because I see no evidence of coaching or tactics. If it wasnt for McCormack we would be hovering around relegation and the main reason for his success is that he has had to play him because we have so few other striking options. I don't care about other club's managers. I couldn't see us getting anything last night and I can't see us winning any more games before we are back at ER next month.
